Hi, my name is Christof.
Let's make the digital world a better place!
The digital realm is often filled with complex and over-complicated products that are difficult to navigate and fail to meet the needs of clients and customers. As a result, organisations struggle to connect with their customers and people often disengage with brands after negative experiences.
Simple and intuitive experiences with a focus on people lead to rewarding engagements. But, bridging business, experience and tech requires research, empathy and co-design with your audience.
I have a diverse background and a strong desire to help people. My goal is to assist organisations in gaining a deeper understanding of their audience's challenges. I specialise in providing solutions that address the complex needs of their customers. I offer my expertise in human behaviour and how it is influenced by the environment to help businesses develop effective strategies.
